Most members of AA have little knowledge of Clarence and what he is to AA. Clarence is actually the man who named AA and started the first AA Group in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. The group was The G Group. Named after Abby Golrick and held at his house. There is a lot of rich information. You can google Clarence Snyder and he has a book out. Clarence died some time ago.
